We have open pastures, pavillions, a firepit, indoor and outdoor stalls, indoor and outdoor arenas, and boarding barns. |

PROPERTY OVERVIEW |

| Cottonwood consists of 67 acres divided into paddocks, giving plenty of room for horse training, shows and boarding of horses. The Ranch is located on the banks of the Clark's Fork of the Yellowstone River. | |

OUTDOOR ARENA |
 |
| During the summer, the 175 x 300 ft outdoor arena is a pleasure to ride in. It boasts a central water drainage system so that even inclement weather is seldom a problem. |

INDOOR ARENA

| Our 117' x 215' (from the front of the boxes) indoor arena has the finest dirt anywhere. Since the walls are well insulated, the arena is comfortable enough to ride or show in all year long. It is now set up to rope in. | |
BOARDING BARN

| The 39 stall heated boarding barn has been called the "Horse Hilton". In addition to the stalls, there is a 75 x 150 ft heated indoor arena that functions perfectly as a warm up arena for shows held in the large arena. | |
OUTDOOR STALLS |
|
| Cottonwood currently has 60 outdoor stalls that are available to accomodate the horses involved in events that are held at the ranch. We are in the process of adding 120 additional outdoor stalls, for a total of 180 event stalls. |
